Froggie’s Cinnamony French Toast
1 french bread loaf, cut into 1/2 inch slices
4 eggs
2 c half and half
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Whisk eggs until light. Add half and half and mix until incorporated. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Dip the french toasts individually into the eggs/milk mixture until coated and place the bread on heated and buttered frying pan/grill. Flip when toasted on bottom until both sides are a golden brown. Serve w/butter and syrup. (my favorite variation: faintly sprinkle powdered sugar over a stack of 2-3 toast pieces, mix frozen berries with a raspberry glaze and drizzle this mixture across the center and put a dollop of whipped cream on the top. It’s gorgeous and fit for serving at any brunch!)
