(this is a variation of my friend Marie’s pumpkin bread)
1 pkg spice cake mix (with no pudding in the mix)
1 pkg small coconut cream instant pudding mix
2 cups pureed canned premixed pumpkin pie mix
1/2 cup canola oil
1 egg
half bag butterscotch chips
Mix all together until well blended. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake @ 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Test with toothpick.

What size loaf pans?

Regular size. If you want to do mini loaves it makes five.

Glad you liked it, Jen. The good news is that it is basically a dump recipe. Easier than pie.
Now all I need to do is figure out if you have your fudge recipe somewhere I can access it.
