
Froggie's Fast Salsa
2 (14.5 ounce) cans Mexican stewed tomatoes, drained (I used the S&W brand)
¼ c green onion, finely sliced
1 tsp minced garlic
Juice of 1 lime
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 roma tomato, diced
1 container diced green chiles, drained
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 serrano chili, diced (optional for those who like their salsa hot)
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Pulse 3 or 4 times to desired consistency. That’s it!
