1 pkg (16 oz) elbow macaroni
½ c half and half
2 eggs
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
½ tsp seasoning salt
2 tsp black pepper
½ tsp onion salt
1 ½ c shredded cheddar cheese
½ c grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil a large pot of water (lightly salted) and add pasta. Cook 8-10 minutes to al dente stage, drain and rinse w/cold water. While pasta is cooking, mix together half and half, eggs, sour cream, and seasonings.
Layer macaroni, cheddar cheese and milk mixture. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and drizzle the melted butter on top. Bake 20-30 minutes or until milk mixture is fully incorporated. Broil last 5 minutes if you want a crunchy top.
