3 pounds lean hamburger
3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Divide hamburger into six round patties, 8 oz for each patty (each one is about the size of a baseball). Slightly flatten to an inch thickness. Set on wax paper or cookie sheet.
Combine the following ingredients on a plate and dip each flattened patty into seasonings enough to where a few of the seasonings adhere to the patty.
2 Tbsp Weber Gourmet Hamburger Seasoning
2 Tbsp Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning
1 Tbsp cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp onion salt
