It should shock no one that I have gotten around to green drinks on my blog. Here’s to healthy, happy smoothies!
2 c almond or soy milk
1 c vanilla yogurt
1 whole peeled & quartered orange
1 banana, peeled and chunked
1 stemmed pear, skin on
2 huge handfuls of fresh baby spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 to 2 c. Frozen fruit, your choice (pictured has blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. May also use mango/peach)
Crushed ice (opt)
Blend thoroughly til smooth. This recipe will make 3 to 4 smoothies, about 16-20 oz.
