Butter Pie Crust
2 c flour
¼ tsp salt
2/3 c cold butter
4-5 Tbsp cold water
Combine flour & salt, cut in butter. Stir in enough water with fork just until moistened. Roll to shape. Use as directed for pie recipe.

Exactly the recipe I use, except I use lard. Makes the flakiest crust. 🙂
Lard, you say? I’ll have to give that a try. I have used this recipe for years, it really is the best!
