These turkey stackers are what I do with leftover Thanksgiving dinner.
Cut two biscuits in half. Lay the bottom one on the plate. Scoop about 1/4-1/2 c mashed potatoes, then peas (or corn), then a slice of turkey. Place another half of the biscuit on top. Repeat potato/veggie/turkey. Top with another biscuit half and drizzle gravy over the top as desired.
Serve stackers with strawberry salad.
3 strawberries, sliced
3 green grapes, halved
mandarin orange slices
Toss, serve with a light strawberry or raspberry vinaigrette. (straight lemon juice works well too)
